Covenant Agreement

This is a tentative agreement between the representatives of Broadneck Baptist Church and __________.

This agreement will be in effect until a covenant agreement can be reached with all the people of Broadneck Baptist Church.

The Church Council of Broadneck Baptist Church commits to

Always treat _______ as a beloved child of God.
Pray for _______ and his family.
Offer ________ support and encouragement in sharing this information with the Body of Christ that is Broadneck Baptist Church.
Provide any support we can toward _______’s health and wholeness.
Meet with ________ periodically to review his and our commitment to the covenant.

__________ (Registered Offender) commits to

See a professional pastoral counselor for an evaluation to be shared with the church.
Refrain from interacting with any child in the church under 18-years-of-age, beyond conversation in the worship area during worship service time.
Not to have any physical contact whatsoever with any child under 18 years of age at any time.
To cooperate with the sharing of this information with the entire church body.
To enter into a covenant agreement with the body of believers that are Broadneck Baptist Church.
To willingly leave Broadneck Baptist Church if the Covenant is broken.
