SENATE 2012 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• The Ministers Council Senate will meet at Green Lake Conference Center, August 11-15, 2012 (Executive Committee arrives August 10).
• New Senator Orientation, Saturday, August 11 6:00 - 6:45 pm
• Travel arrangements are through Travel Leaders and all travel is billed directly to the Ministers Council. If you are bringing a guest, you will be asked to provide a credit card to book their travel.
• Green Lake will direct bill Ministers Council for all expenses incurred and once billing is received from them, your council willl be billed for their portion of your expenses. Green Lake will ask for a personal credit card from you to keep on file. Any phone calls, etc. will be billed to your credit card.
• Please be sure to review the Ministers Council expense guidelines.
