 Together in Ministry leadership has remained unchanged since its inception. The Ministers Council executive committee of fifteen ministerial leaders and Senate comprised of ministerial leaders who represent constituent Ministers Councils have brought key leadership through planning, promotion, experiencing and modeling. The executive committee has provided direction and has selected a steering committee from Ministers Council membership, who in turn have collaborated with the executive director and a professional evaluator in developing the process for funding requests, reviewing group submissions for funding, awarding funds, evaluating and modifying. Steering committee members in addition to Ministers Council Executive Director Kate Harvey and professional evaluator Virginia Smith are pastors: Joe Kutter, Topeka, KS; Ken Tang-Quan, Rolling Hills Estates, CA; DuWayne Battle, Montclair, NJ; Shawn Zambrows, W Lafayette, IN; Victor Mercado, Rio Piedras, PR; and Larry Bethune, Austin TX. Jim Layton, former ABC pastor and communications consultant through Rainbows Unlimited, producer of a Ministers Council video on pastoral relations committees, is working toward production of a testimony DVD on the collegial covenant group model of relational ministry to promote sustainability as well as to solicit endowment contributions for future support of groups.
