Nancy Tripp-LePort Title: “Fire Tenders: Keeping the Passion for God Alive in Congregations.” Jeremiah 20:9 and Luke 24:32 |
Workshop Description:
As pastors we are called to be tenders of the sacred fires that burn in each member of our congregations. How do we provide the spark to fan it into flame and then keep that fire burning bright until the embers fade into eternity? This workshop will help the pastor look at his/her spiritual leadership style, provide tools for assessment and reflection and use an interactive framework to help lead a congregation in its spiritual formation.
